My hope is that Bluesky can ramp up on features because most gaming folks on the marketing side are already looking at moving away from X in a real way. This might a godsend for community managers.

I’d love to see some insights into how things are performing, other than Likes and Reposts. Hopefully this is something that’s introduced into Bluesky’s paid tier coming before the end of the year.
We’re rooting for Bluesky! The gaming community is moving over and we can reach real ppl and not bots. AND we stopped getting alerts that Elon has tweeted garbage.

As soon as media functionality is as good as Threads currently, and the way they let me choose how to moderate replies over there, i'll be posting content here more as my only social platform, as Threads community is fast becoming too much like X for my liking in recent weeks.
One of the things I would love to see here is the return of posting from a console to Bluesky. I get that nowadays is better to move everything to the phone but I kinda would love to see that feature again.
Uploading gaming clips directly from my Series X & PS5 would save so much hassle. I rarely share to Threads simply due to Insta's broken moderation/DMCA system as it is. Sharing clips direct to Bluesky would be wonderful to see implemented.
