i've been wanting to make an audio-visual version to release digitally since last year but havent had the opportunity to do so (the fact that the gas company has been demolishing the street outside my window over and over for 5 months hasnt helped)

An audio-visual version sounds amazing.

In the meantime, a pdf version could be an option, especially if you aren't able to distribute physical copies. You can even put it on a site like https://itch.io if you don't want to worry about selling digital files or hosting.
