Gana and doucs 1 year- reduced wages.
We'd be dull not to find a role for Coleman.
Offer dcl a contract- maybe based on appearances.
We won't have the money to go out and buy 12 /15 new players.

It's such a rebuild we have to be so careful, and wary of agent vultures trying to dump on us.

Agree. Which is maybe why you build a contract around appearances and maybe performance. I think we will be know tough position as agent will be expecting alot, especially if we have huge gaps.

I think Alcatraz looks a pretty poor player, willing to give him a few games to settle and prove himself but I see technical shortcomings and he keeps giving the ball away in poor areas.

Doucs is limited, but he has huge energy and heart, gives his all for the shirt - extend at the right price

Our form only improved when his mate Dyche was sacked and he was extricated out of the side in favour of O’Brien. We need a new right back with Coleman, Young and Patterson all gone. Some serious wages saved in the process.

Yeah. Being adaptable is important. Looking at the league, I see lots of sides that only have one way of playing and when they struggle they seem stuck. Being able to change to suit the opponents can be very rewarding.

Evolution not revolution. I look at football as a squad game. Yes, I want us to bring in better. But we also need some stability. And experience. Gana Tarkowski doucs they are the bedrock. Ndiaye Beto Garner mcneil mykolenko and others are in the middle. Then we have youth like Tim alcaraz etc.
