A boycott of Tesla could come from two directions:
(1) consumers not buying cars, or
(2) institutional investors divesting Tesla holdings, or
(2b) voting in activist ways.

Largest institutional shareholders:
Vanguard Group
BlackRock Inc.
State Street Corporation

Only number 1 seems possible: Wall Street is too blinded by Musk's myth (he's a black swan innovator who will make them tons of money) to care about anything else so it'll be on The People to boycott
