Badenoch is proposing an amendment to the Children's Wellbeing Act tomorrow to call for a national enquiry. Tomorrow is the second reading of the bill. So it cannot be amended. Does Badenoch know this and is therefore just grandstanding or does she not know and is therefore just a twit?
