We're all leaving Twitter for obvious reasons, but doesn’t Instagram feel off too? As a creator, I hate being forced to post reels to stay relevant. I prefer platforms like this and YouTube, where I have more control. Plus, Zuck’s expressed interest in boosting right-wing content is troubling.

It used to be a good place for artists to showcase their work, now it’s reels I don’t subscribe to and ads.
It’s a frankensteined mess of a social media platform and is absolutely not a photo social platform anymore. Reels destroyed the platform for me.
The account is still there but I don't use it anymore.
I've also disabled YouTube shorts on my phone and browser.
I already feel better.

Here it is much more free and relaxed which is a breath of fresh air.
I’ve actively reduced what I share, and the way I know whatever I put up there is just feeding the machine, makes being on anything Meta deeply problematic.
I never step away from a Meta product feeling better.
Podcasts have always been super useful too.
