I'm stealing somebody's thread idea:
If you're over 30, quote-repost with some life advice.

And if you're so broken that you need a reason to NOT be a dick, let me just say that people in retail will go a lot further to help you if you're nice to them.
In our own world we've adopted the believe competition = winning... and the first step to get out of that believe is asking for help ^w^
The simple way I've come to think of it is that cooperation is the basis of all civilization and the foundation of all human potential, but potato potato. (And taters are the greatest of all foods. It is known.)
You knew you shouldn’t have done it but you did it anyway.
You can change. It’s YOUR life
At work, you are not special, irreplaceable or essential. That is also your strength, you owe your employer nothing.
Travel while you are young, life will tie you down soon enough, this is not necessarily a bad thing.
"Don't stay young, stay true to yourself, you can't turn back the time"
Career goal: be in a job where you are indispensable on some days, but the response to your “boss, I’m taking off next Thursday” is met only with “enjoy the day off.”
Or a good piece of advice my father gave me when I was 15: "It's a tragedy to peak in high school."
If you think everything hates you - take a nap.
Always take a breath before responding.
Always lead with kindness, especially when dealing with yourself.
Always call out bigotry when you see/hear it.
Everyday is a good day to punch a 'not-see'.
Naps rule.
