Secondly, I believe that Ukraine has to put its own pre-conditions for any further negotiations with the US (including for critical materials deal). These pre-conditions are: 2/n

(1) current US leadership must clearly state that they recognize and respect Ukrainian sovereignity over all its internationally recognized territory 3/n

(2) current US leadership must clearly state the actual and correct amount of the aid (military and other) that the US provided to Ukraine since 24/02/22, with clearly stating what aid was delivered so far, what part was structured as grants (and thus Ukr owes for it nothing but gratitude) 4/n

Before that happens, I do not think that Ukrainian leadership has what to discuss with the current US admin, and as a citizen of Ukraine I oppose any deals that would concern Ukr natural resources. END
