Yes they certainly were! However...giving handouts to those who don't appreciate or do good things with it is only harming them in the long run! That's pretty well known.

Twist the English language how you want, anyone with a right mind knows that our government has been wasting our money far too much and there has been no accountability! Shame on them....do better with our tax dollars!

There’s literally an agency dedicated to government accountability. It’s called the Government Accountability Office 🤣😂🤣 and if you want the gov’t to be a better steward of your tax dollars you should vote in a congressperson that champions that.
