grab a tall glass of water at a temperature comfortable to chug. take a deeeeep deep breath, tilt your head slightly backward, open your chest a bit, and start drinking the water at a medium pace. the goal is to stop yourself from breathing for as long as possible while massaging the vegus nerve
drink the water until you can't anymore but don't go too long because you need to breath slowly after you finish. once you feel like you need to take a breath just start breathing again slowly and focus on your breathing, trying to do it intentionally and controlled. boom, no hiccups
