100% this. Let's take showering as an example. Simple, right? You just go take a shower. Wrong. You have to find the time that works best, get undressed, lay out towels, get in the shower, wash your body, hair, face etc (all separate steps), get out, dry, get dressed. That's like 10 tasks, not 1.
