Dan Friedkin, who also owns AS Roma, made his fortune in the automotive industry, via Gulf States Toyota Distributors, and is also celebrated for his vintage plane collection which featured in the movie Dunkirk. It feels so long since the club I love has had anything to celebrate.

We have danced in dodging relegation, in overcoming Points Deductions, in seeing off the 777 Partners Ponzi Scheme and cheating death. To have a real cause to celebrate, and leadership who can usher in a period of stability for the club is an ecstasy.
