Wish I could tell you. I didn't even know what Amaro is! Had to ask the bartender when ordering. I take it there are different kinds - just different qualities and subtle differences or completely different types like dry/sweet red/white?

Yeah there are a few different brands and they're all quite different. Tend to be v bitter and hard to like on their own, but good in cocktails
