And it won't stop courts from prosecuting officials for contempt.
This isn't subtle, nor an arcane interpretation. It's settled law: if an EOP component does more than "solely advise and assist" POTUS, it's under FRA, subject to FOIA. Hard to see a (non-SCOTUS?🤷♂️) court overturning that.
