Die Kennzeichen der Autos (nicht der ASFINAG) bringen "bad actors" sehr wohl etwas. Etwa im Fall, dass Personen kein Handy mithaben, Mitfahrende per Gesichtserkennung ermittelt werden, Bewegungsprofile, usw.
