I am a former criminal defense attorney, and I’m sorry to say that none of those things are likely to result in evidence being excluded, except may be any statements he made in response to questions before he was read his rights
Yeah, if you have a valid arrest warrant you don't need to execute it on any timeframe. And then once arrested they can generally search personal things like backpacks in the vicinity and vehicle without a warrant. And Miranda only affects statements made when a warning should have been issued.
