SCOTUS previously ruled that they have to have notice and the opportunity to file a habeas petition.

The admin then tried to claim that 24 hours notice counted.

I’m just wondering how many ice agents have been harmed taking all these gang members into custody who are murders rapists drug lords? If I were that dangerous wouldn’t I fight back?
