It should also be made clear in every article that Ofgem does not regulate energy producers. They only regulate energy suppliers. The suppliers do not make huge profits. It is the producers making all of the money. We need more tax on the producers, that is up to the treasury.

It's frustrating when you only use renewables, you have converted everything to electric (heating, storage batteries, solar panels everywhere) and yet your bills are entirely beholden to the price of gas. The pricing structure is not fit for purpose.
