Whatever you think of our immigration policies, it is not right to use prisoners for propaganda purposes. It is de-humanizing, more so if they were not given due process under the law.

This is meant to provoke fear, widely applied (cf. POTUS's tweet re. Tesla arsonists). Also: we are not at war.
