Psychopathy is infinitely more common in the extremely wealthy than in the population at large.
Reality has always been subject to interpretation. Truth is subjective.

People do need to wake up to the obligation for responsibility it carries,if it is to remain vital, and responsive along with the opportunities and 'Rights' it brings.

2) Legislate algorithmic transparency. Who sees what and why. Who pays for what online "ads".
Critical thinking is literally a skill to be taught and learned not a talent to just randomly hope for.

We've had long periods of time when you'd be tortured to death for denying the "truth" of the Church, and every state was at least authoritarian.
But then all of this somehow, for the large part, went away. How did that happen?
The whole purpose of religion has always been to exploit biases in human psychology in order to control them. And you will never find a person more hateful than a religious person.
Of course, buddhism can't compete with Abrahamic religions in terms of instilling hatred towards neighbors, they are the worst.
