What I learned during the worst depressive period of my life is that, if anything, that makes the fatigue WORSE. 😩

Had the day off today so figured I literally would do nothing and lay in bed and be cozy

and u should do it again tomorrow!

I really should, I’m gonna go to a market tomorrow tho and eat good foods

okay that’s a better plan i approve
