In Newark, ICE agents detained "undocumented residents and U.S. citizens without producing a warrant."

Among other indignities, ICE questioned whether a veteran's documents were legit.

Mayor Ras Baraka: "Newark will not stand by idly while people are being unlawfully terrorized."
