Hahaha, for Wisconsinites it's the opposite: I walk around outside in January with snow and 10s in a tank top. People ask, aren't you cold? I'm like, yeah, that's the point.

wow lol. I live in Maryland, where its hot in the summer and cold in the winter. it fluctuates based on weather conditions and such. we've had summer days that get as high as upper 90s-100s and winter days that got as low as 15 degrees F. yeah, lol. I've felt it all

Not quite the same degree, but that's like us when we get 90° temps when it's usually 102°-103°. Especially if the humidity drops under 90%!

In grad school I spent a lot of time at Lowell Observatory since we had access to most of the time on one particular telescope. Most scared shitless I've been is riding the Arizona shuttle through a blizzard in February down to PHX so I could catch a red-eye back to Boston after a two week run.

But when you get used to high temperatures, cool temperatures actually feel cold! Well, cool for us is 70. 😂 When I've traveled to the east coast for shows, and it's like 40-50? Or even worse, 30? I'm BONE CHILLINGLY COLD. Like, I pack winter stuff that I never ever wear outside of those trips.

Usually I hate it when people say "but it's a dry heat" because an oven is too, and 117 just sucks no matter which way you look at it.

But when I'm chillin at 101-104? I can cool off. We have AC and the dry heat does allow for evaporative cooling!
