Gutting the CDC right as we’re on the cusp of major outbreaks of transmissible diseases is a very bad idea.

It can equally serve as a measure (intentional? Who the f knows at this point) that will sew chaos and worsen public health crises in the U.S. and around the world, as well as eroding U.S. dog power. There is no replacement for the EIS.
