It definitely does. But I'd argue that having a strong philosophical mind based around inner peace such as Stoicism is good for everything.

It can cause a permanent worsening of symptoms. It can make you end up in a darkened room unable to interact.
Oh and ~50% of people with #LongCovid meet the dx criteria for ME.

And that can be really hard when you're depressed, no shame it starting with something small and simple, it can make doing more easier later. A body in motion stays in motion or whatever the saying is.
