I would have rather just heard Paul. Sabrina didn’t seem to “ know the tune”. It was awkward, like she had no idea who he was. She was not always in tune and just got slower and slower. Not my favourite.

Not only does she have a Dolly Parton aspect to her voice (maybe it’s the timbre and the fluttery vibrato?), she’s extremely self aware. The ‘Espresso’ music video is not only funny, but highly entertaining because of how over the top it is! She also has the chops to perform well in a live setting.

While this is a lovely duet, it should have been with Art Garfunkel (or at least Paul should have given Art a shout out). Art is still alive and sang for Clive Davis’s birthday party just months ago. The reason why Paul won’t speak about Art anymore …

…is because Paul wants to take credit for *all* the work done in the S&G catalogue and erase Garfunkel’s contribution, which was substantial. I doubt if Art even got invited to SNL50 because of Paul’s narcissism. I have no respect for Paul anymore. He lives in a bubble of his own egotism
