When the mayor has to choose between homophobic conservatives in his political base and the LGBTQIA+ community, he’ll choose homophobes. His support is all transactional.

I’m disappointed that the Mayor and Chief declined to condemn the homophobic, sexist, and threatening comments lobbed at my colleagues and I on the dais.

Minneapolis should be a welcoming and safe city for all.
