The GCDP chair instructed that this be posted; it should at least indicate how many people use the USPS. You might want to use pictures, last time PT was in the White House, the national security briefing folks indicated he did not tend to read things unless it included his name and pictures.

My broader point is that if you want people to help, you need to explain why you want us to do these things and why you think they will be effective. This seems random.
