While the idea isn't bad per se, it's not a solution. The way to help the population being targeted is to get them off those platforms and make it clear to (all) people not to use these kinds of apps at all!

They can subpoena all they like when the data is garbage and the people using the app don't have menstrual cycles

That would work if they wanted aggregate data. They don’t. They want data on individual people to investigate or prosecute.

Exactly. That's why, as I've said all along, people at risk should delete it and people at no risk should flood it with garbage
