I'll be honest, I don't do any ab workouts atm mainly because I do calisthenics and gymnast exercises that engage my core well enough (handstand push-ups, dips and pull ups w/ rings, ect.)
Focusing on stability based exercises gets the job done
Besides, diet and body fat has more to do with abs
