It's been 150 billion years since Austin FC last played a game. Light from distant stars can no longer reach us. The universe has expanded too fast, too far. We are alone in our local supergalaxy, the swirling mix of all galaxies that once surrounded us. And the MLS playoffs still haven't finished.
