Called to refill my T. Wasnt sent from PP because according to them, even tho I’ve been on T almost 2 years now and have needed a prior authorization each time they’re claiming I don’t now. I keep arguing with them that YES I do need a new one. Listen to your patients like? How fucking hard is that
