i usually just do squats, plank (for my back) and curls
I CANNOT DO PUSHUPS. my arms are. not strong enough.
sometimes when i dabble at drawing for a while my arms hurt for ages, its kind of pathetically silly.
knee pushups.. so scary... thats impressive, Serpent π
I stg every exercise i do makes me feel like shit afterwards and if I strain my legs too much I feel pain and can't walk for a week or so ( sometimes my straight white male friends kidnap me to the gym and it is utterly painful. )

heres a page i mostly reference for what to do; shows you some exercises to do in different intensities
maybe you can slowly just work your way up a bit
For me the trick is to push my limits just a bit.
It saves a lot of pain during recovery and makes you feel better.
You will also make progress with time βΊοΈ
It does. Even if you're not aiming to gain muscles or lose fat doing at least a bit of regular exercise or outdoor activities like hiking should make you feel more energized, like your batteries are a little larger. I found it to improve my mood and appetite, too.
not too sure what i should be doing and focussing on i just do a few 'popular' exercises as a whole and just do them occasionally
maybe i should try running but ugh
it does, but it is something that sometimes only happens on the long term, which is why a lot of people quit or are inconsistent with it
exercises are boring, stressful, painful, it is complicated to stay motivated..
only reason i do 'em is cuz my back is fucked up as hell lmao
routines are... so hard.
having other people to push you into a routine helps, which is why going to the gym with friends can be good
but, otherwise.. routines.... ew...
Is going to gym an option for you? Exercising at home didn't work for me, but going to a gym did! I got a session with a coach who showed me a good beginner routine and gave some tips on dieting/lifestyle. I've been sticking to it and it feels good adding difficulty bit by bit and seeing progress.
I am disabled, got terrible pain in my whole body and i am constantly tired. Working out has helped me get stronger to deal with my daily life and honestly i feel so much better mentally after a good workout. Like "F- yeah, i did that!"
I really advocate for working out, find a routine that works
Please try and stick to it. Some days suck and you will hate it, and thats okay. There will be a days you feel amazing after working out. And your body, mind and health will thank you in the long run.
But food is critical, just get something into your system.
Lacking appetite+bodyweight loss is a thing sick and elderly deal with. You could take a page from their book and add a meal replacement shake to drink in the morning, if you have the spare cash. While it'll help fill missing nutrition needs, keep in mind the calorie intake to maintain ur figure 1/2
Regular shakes π but high calorie ones are thicker may require mixing with other things. I still advise you to research or consult your physician who can check for deficiencies & explain overdose effects from EX: vitamin A, which is unlike water-soluble C. They can also warn of dangers that arehard-
-tofit in post. Ex: dangers of an all-liquid diet where your innards "forget" so you have to retrain it with soft foods over time. Also things like Refeeding Syndrome aka don't gorge if starving a body needs time to adjust. Meal replacement bars work but flavor matters more since ya gotta chewem etc

Also I saw your messages about your food issue and I suggest you find a nutritionist if you have the money for such kind of person.
Or something idk i didn't do bye-olodgie
(i really hope/wonder if exercising really does make you feel better in general; i cant recall the last time i felt genuinely 'healthy')

But there definitely is a startup cost before you get there!
just dont have any appetite, i find it 'difficult' to be hungry? heh sounds so silly
gotta take better care of myself arghg
It's really important to get enough protein and energy from food to be able to work out.
Try protein shakes after working out.
