Yeah, I use Cosclay polymer clay. The crystal is embedded and cured into the clay. Then I add glass glitter around the edges of the crystal to create a sparkling transition between the crystal and the clay
haven't heard of cosclay before, i'll have to look into it! i've been working strictly with sculpey premo for all my prototyping and jewelry, but am always interested in what else is out there
It's flexible and therefore more durable than Sculpey. If you're just using it for prototypes than Sculpey is fine. Cosclay is better for final products though. It very durable if cured correctly. Plus they have a ton and of great colors, including shimmer clay and neon colors
