Are you still able to redownload things even though the Xbox 360 marketplace shut down? maybe reinstalling it will fix it since if I remember right the console versions of NV are fairly buggy

Only game I have that had DLC on another disc on that platform was the original Mass Effect I think? My copy had some DLC on a second disc on top of other goodies... I miss when games did that.
