Plans also include a 24-hour public transport system, including at weekends, doubling rural transport funding to expand routes and meet climate goals, and creating a National Transport Policing Unit for safer travel.

have to look at taxing vehicles by mass + emissions, with exceptions for true comercial vehicles or vehicles engaged fully in comercial / farming activity.
