Philadelphia has Fangio, who is a great old defensive mind. On the other hand he will have to reckon with the fact his men cannot hit Mahomes, and the chains on the Kansas City side have an extra link.

It was too close to call, but a call had to be made. There was no replay that showed a first down was clearly gained. Close calls can go either way. Losers whine. Winner go out a make a plays. Something the Bills didn't on their last possession.
Remember the opposite holds true: if the ball doesn’t scrape that line, it’s not a first down. So if you don’t actually see it happen, you’ve got a good chance a call of short on the field will be upheld.
The Eagles are better, to my eye, than the 2022 version. They’re more complete, and with Barkley can play better keep-away from that offense. The Bills in the second half showed a path the Eagles can likely do better, sir.
You don't that at all though. Eagles are a vastly different team this time around, with new players and all new coaching core. Kansas city is also a different team, for much the same reason. And we haven't squared off since the superbowl in 2023.
Some of you read this as an apology or excuse, which we've never made and never will make. That's fine. Tone is difficult here. But most of you read it as a comment on the state of the league, which I think any intelligent football fan can see something in, no matter who you root for.
CA/BA resident, lifelong 49ers fan. I don't willingly miss a down of football. Great win yesterday, concur wholeheartedly on rules and selective interpretation for Mahomes. Chiefs operate in a vacuum. I will be rooting Eagles all day.
Fundamentally, I think it comes down to the fact that Mahomes isn’t treated like a mobile QB, who generally get less deference from the refs than pocket passers, despite the fact he averages around ~350 rushing yards a year

It can go either way tbh.
