Looking for recommendations for a domain registrar that can do email forwarding and that can forward [a-z].org{.*} to https://foo.bar.com/this/that/{.*}

My personal experience is with godaddy, who suck balls, and gandi who I chose some years ago only because they weren’t based in the US, but they’re pricy.
