Both good ! Though heavy on the action. Especially Alan Wake 1.
Signalis has a little bit of combat but it's mostly auto-aimed and can be turned down, and that made my skin crawl.
Soma has optional avoidance and is great

Also if you want something purely narrative (but VERY branching - every player's story is different) that's horror while also being a little bit funny and romantic, Slay The Princess is amazing.

Yeah the first alan wake is more of a thriller and the second one is more horror. Coolest stories ever in a video game tho tbh
