I just had a lengthy discussion with a marketing director the other day about how nonprofits, especially those in the sciences, environment, climate etc. need people with creative backgrounds more than ever, nowhere more than in comms. It's vital they get though to the average person.

Also the thing outsiders & early career folks don't realize is that learning to code is relatively easy.

Figuring out *what* to code & getting alignment from stakeholders & teams that it's the right thing to code are much harder. And that's where arts & humanities folks start to shine.
