I agree with you as I'm also a lifelong resident of So Calif and have never,never seen such angry winds before. Parts of Santa Monica evacuated? PCH in flames and Pasadena, Altadena in flames. What the Hell?

I honestly don't know. I lived in the Valley hills and we saw some winds. I am absolutely speechless by these firestorms and their reach into communities we haven't seen before.

I've lived in LA all of my life and have witnessed many weather events over my lifetime and have never seen such angry winds before. Mother Nature is pissed off and teaching all of us a terrible lesson. 100 foot waves off our coast and fire tornados in our Valleys and Cities. What's next?

That's a nighttime shot from several hours ago, so I'm sure it is much worse by now. This is horrifying in every way. I lived in Orange County for 20 years, never close to any of the fires in those years, and this already looks worse than any I remember.
