Port Salut isn’t too hard to come by. It’s a soft French cheese. They sell it at Trader Joe’s (at least mine has it). Queijo São Jorge is a lot harder to come by. I only ever get it at Portuguese bakeries. It comes from a small Portuguese island so 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Totally fair! The cheese I will always miss is costeño cheese in my favorite soup from Colombia. I can never find it here. I’ll have to look at Trader Joe’s for the port salut
