So when I say porn is good, and porn is healthy, it's because sexual expression is good, and sexual expression is healthy. And records of that, pride in that, is good and healthy.

Being able to openly discuss sexuality is a sign of a healthy, society.

Being ashamed of it is not.

Agreed (don’t forget ethics.) So you have an idea of how weird and unhealthy some religions, and society in general, are about it. It is one form of control.
