Thanksgiving at our in-laws in central New York State was lovely. But my wife and I missed OUR Thanksgiving food. So we staged a "Thanksgiving for Christmas" dinner and replicated the feast, just for ourselves. Indulgent as hell. And great fun. Mmmm.
