My union doesn't have elected representatives or directors - they're all appointed/hired. The person I'm sending this to is my boss' boss.

I also tie-in their shameful response to a grassroots worker movement for elected representation in my letter's conclusion.

"Right to work" is a deliberate misnomer. It's a lie.

The actual legislation that it results in all over the USA gives all the power to employers to fire people unconditionally for no reason without severance.

It isn't just anti union. It is comprehensively anti worker everywhere.
