I saw on clearsky that I was on a blocklist as an Ai hater, by someone who claims that they want to "use Ai ethically."

Let me tell you right now, there is no ethical way to use Ai. Even if it didn't "require the use of copyrighted content" -their CEOs, it's an environmental nightmare.
