Everyone who has been through Uni has met a Joe Rogan. He’s the guy who reads the first chapter of the first book during freshers week and that’s his entire knowledge base for starting arguments in tutorials. He then drops out before Christmas and blames everyone else for his shortcomings.

I genuinely believe we've reached the point where, if somebody has enough followers on social media platforms, it doesn't matter what they talk about, because they know that SOME of those followers will just blindly believe them.

Most of the general public default setting is, “well if they have a TV or radio show, they must’ve done something to earn it.“ The media provides all the legitimacy the viewing audience needs. Fox are experts at this. Then the growing audience fuels these idiots’ hubris.
