Haven't listened to it yet. I only have so much mental energy for discussions on the cases that eviscerate rights of women, minorities, incarcerated, and LGBTQ, among others, and I have to ration it or else I spiral. And there's only so much I can listen to attempts at justification of some opinions

One of the reasons I love @badlawyerpod.bsky.social is they just eviscerate unethical and illegal conduct by lawyers, and show you why just because someone passes the bar doesn't mean they're a good or even meh lawyer. I am a gossip/tea queen, love takedowns of the high & mighty.
