I bought a 512gb microSD card for my Steam Deck a while ago, and worked out that that was about 8,000,000 times the internal memory of our first home computer, but only 4,000 times the size of the hard drive in our first Windows PC.
We had a mighty 64k of RAM. Not long after we bought it in the early 80s, I met an old friend at a school reunion who unwittingly echoed Bill Gates: "64k? Nobody needs that! They went to the moon with less than that*!"
