Guy has made top 5 DPOY voting 5 times, was undeniably the defensive anchor of a team that was at its best the #1 defense in the league (I'm using dtrg on bbref FYI). He's not Pippen but he's clearly "Rodman with upside" given his offensive output 2015-2018 and career 32% 3p%

Believe I saw Brian Windhorst say this and he's right (per usual): NBA media at large (mostly TV, but all of it really) needs to become more analytical and/or focus more attention to wtf is happening on the floor.
